I can certainly see what you mean! Have you added/removed any third-party domains lately? The reason I ask is that it looks like when someone tries to reach the domain kanvas.world, something is preventing that process from completing.
Have you transferred your domain to Shopify or did you simply connect your domain to Shopify?
I’d like to know as much as possible about your domain set up in order to help you!
I have just transferred the Domain from my Developer’s ID to our personal
ID. Can that create the issue?
Looks like your domain might have extra records in it, possibly old ones from where it was pointing before. I see 103.211.216.141 and 23.227.38.65, the second one is correct but the first one is incorrect. You need to only have Shopify’s IP address info in the domain and nothing else.

Just to gather some additional context, did you happen to get the issue with the domain resolved? As I am looking into the URL you provided, I noticed that it is directing me to your online store.
