Why isn't the bulk editor transfer option working in my inventory management?

Bulk editor transfer option does not work!

From Inventory, I click on the box to the left of all the items I want to create a transfer for. Then click on “More Actions” then Create Transfer". The Transfer window opens but all the items I just selected are not there. Why have a bulk editor transfer option if it does not work! Shopify, please help me!! This seems to be the easiest way to know what to order without paying for an app to manage inventory. I have two locations with the same inventory and only order from the counts of one location. Haven’t found another way to know what I am low on and create an order without many time consuming steps. Suggestions? Thank You!

I’m having the same problem. I opened a case with Shopify, but they could not offer any workarounds or solutions. Combined with the other changes made to the Transfer UI recently, creating a transfer is now a pretty frustrating and inefficient experience.

Transfer is broken for us.

Absolutely awful. We use this when ordering more inventory. It’s utterly useless now. I can’t add even 4 items to a transfer, let alone 50.

Just trash “upgrade” after trash “upgrade.” It’s like Shopify is actually de-evolving right before our eyes. You’d think they would test changes before making them public. I don’t know how they show up for work. Utterly embarrassing coding. It’s like someone is intentionally sabotaging Shopify.

Please fix ASAP!

Very frustrating and time consuming! I take pictures of my inventory screen
and then create a transfer from my pictures. I am frustrated and
disappointed Shopify is not able to rectify this faulty step.

I asked Shopify to change the Transfer system back to the way it was for my store. They did. It’s like it never changed.
