Why isn't the local pickup option showing in my checkout?

In My checkout where you select shipping.

The local pickup option is not available but my location is set up

and it offers local pickup

Is there another setting im missing to enable local pickup ? It worked before I upgraded my plan.

In order to see local pickup as an option at checkout, all items in the cart must have available inventory at a location that has local pickup enabled.

With that in mind, I’d love to gather a little more information about your store so we can get to the bottom of why your delivery options aren’t appearing quite as you’d like them to.

  • How many locations do you have active on your store?
  • How many of these locations offer local pickup?
  • Can you confirm that your product Solar Magic Panel has available inventory at your 8 Oscar Street location?

Hi, i have 1 location and it offers pickup as shown in the screenshots. And the product shown in the screenshot is available. it does the same for any product in the store.

Next, we might try disabling and re-enabling local pickup. Particularly in cases where a store previously had more than one location, this will often do the trick.

  1. Visit Settings > Shipping and delivery.
  2. Scroll to Local Pickup and click Manage.
  3. Uncheck This location offers local pickup and hit Save.
  4. Check This location offers local pickup and hit Save.

So i have disabled and enabled it, mabe it takes a while to update but it didnt work right away, Il wait a bit. Do you suggest removing all the locations and re adding them next ?

By “all locations” do you mean in addition to 8 Oscar Street? Or is this still your only location?

Disabling and re-enabling local pickup (remembering to save your changes along the way) should trigger the option to reappear at checkout. As of now, is local pickup still not showing as an available option?
