I have added the yotpo widget to my site (soaps4less.com) and have gotten reviews but these are not pushing to the site. The backend is saying the widget is not active and needs to be installed (it is installed) not sure how to fix this issue. Any help appreicated.

I’ve taken a look at your store (soapsluts.com) and it looks like some of the reviews have been published, so it’s possible that you need to review the settings for moderating reviews. If you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page or through their website - Yotpo - Customer Support.
Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store and/or create an inbox for customers to contact you? Also, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your business?
