Looking to try and get some help as to why my YOTPO review app is not pushing notifications to my email saying I have a new review, why customers reviews are not being accepted, and when I have responded to reviews why they are not being published either. Super weird as this was working all fine and dandy then stopped working.

As Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC is considered to be a third-party app, the best thing you can do is to connect with them directly. This will allow the app developer to take a closer look into the issue and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To connect with them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and scroll to the bottom of the page to select Support > Send a message. Alternatively, you can Contact Support directly where our advisor team will connect you with the app developer to ensure this gets resolved.
