Why Printful order sync in Dsers open order

Hi,

I recently added Dsers app and found out my Printful app order synced and showed up in Dsers through my Shopify store, which shouldn’t have. How can I change the setting and stop orders from other apps syncing to Dsers? I can’t find anywhere to change that in Dsers app
