In On the Search Result page, Why In/out of stock, a certain price range or price high to low can not be reset if I want to filter products?

I just check the Demo of live theme and found that it’s working very well.

There is the issue with the code in your existing theme that you might add. Could you please share your store url so that I can take a look into it.

My store url is www.singoau.com. I just watched some YOUTUBE video talking about the Searching&discovery app for customize the filter, do i need download it to active the functions? I can not find a solution by customizing theme.

Hey, I just found that the filters not working. This is because of the issue with the code itself. By any chance can I have your store collab code so that I can take a look into it and fix the issue.

what is “collab code” and which file can i find it?

You can find the collab code by following these steps.

  • Login to your Shopify Admin.
  • In the bottom-left corner, click on Settings.
  • Click Users and permissions.
  • Scroll down to the Collaborators section.
  • You’ll see a Collaborator request code — it’s usually a 4-digit number (e.g., 1234).
  • Copy that code and send it to me here or in the P/M.
