Why shopify shows only united states in shipping payments

Hey, @Davidze !

Are you wanting to ship internationally? If so, I’m glad to learn you’ve decided to do so. Opening your store to customers in different parts of the world can bring significant growth to your business. Since shipping internationally means you will be able to reach a wider audience, you will likely have a larger customer base which can mean more sales. If you need to know the ins and outs of international shipping, feel free to take a look at this blog post.

Now, when the countries you wish to ship to are not showing as expected on your checkout, it’s typically an issue caused by your shipping settings, more specifically your shipping zone. Have you set the relevant countries as shipping zones in your shipping profile? You can double-check and add them as shipping zones, or add them to existing shipping zones, by following the steps on this page.

If the countries you wish to ship to are already set up as shipping zones in your shipping settings, the next common possible cause of this is that the countries have not been set up in the Shopify Markets area in your Shopify admin. If you have access to it, you can head to Settings > Shopify Markets to check if the countries have been activated. If they haven’t been activated, you can click Manage > Activate market for the relevant markets. This will allow the customers to select the country at checkout.

If the list of countries on your checkout still only shows the United States after ensuring the above, it’s best that we take a look at your settings to pinpoint the cause and advise a solution.
