Why was an amount deducted twice for one subscription?

an amount has been deducted from my account twice while I only have 1 subscription

The first thing I would recommend here is for you to take a look at the breakdown of the charges on your latest invoice.

You can see this in the settings > billing menu in your Shopify admin.

If you don’t see an amount that matches what you have been charged from your account, let me know so we can check this out further.

Is it possible that you had set up another Shopify store under another account in error, for which you’re being billed?
