Hi, I´m new using Shopify and I chose stripe as my payment gateway. However, I was banned(shut down). I wonder if is there someone who could solve this situation and if could give me some advice, please.

If Stripe was the one to shut down your account, you will need to reach out to them directly to get the issue resolved. I found their contact page here.
Where is your store located? What type of products are you selling? I would be happy to make some suggestions for alternative payment gateways if you are unable to restore your Stripe account.
