Hello, I got charged 9 dollars thus morning when I though I deactivate the account, I did not think I was going get charged anymore, I also fixed and completely delete the account but I was wondering if I could get that money back

I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your billing, and I’m happy to provide you with some more information.
Just from what you’re describing, it sounds like you may have been on the Full Pause plan. The Full Pause plan (which is no longer available) allows you to step away from your store for 90 days and not be charged your subscription fee. After those 90 days, however, you are automatically upgraded to the Pause and Build plan, which is $9/month. With the Pause and Build plan, you can access your Shopify admin and edit your products when you need to, but your checkout is disabled. This is a great option when you want to temporarily pause your store but still be able to work on it!
