For denials, due to the high volume of submissions, Shopify doesn’t provide feedback on individual applications. All the necessary details regarding requirements and considerations for eligibility can be found in our Help Center here. There is no specific requirement or formula to become a Shopify Affiliate. Each application is evaluated based on its own merits.
Shopify carefully consider the impact that applicants can have on growing the Shopify brand and expanding its reach. I would recommend reviewing these resources and also making sure you are an active member of our Community forums and Developer community.
