Why won't all collections show on my mobile home page?

On the mobile version of my site, any of the front pages collection doesn’t show, except for one at the bottom by the footer. How do I fix it to make it show up nicely?

Thank you for your message, I see exactly what you mean with your collections on the mobile view of your shop. Are you using a third-party theme or a Shopify theme for your store design? A good way to test if an issue is specific to your theme would be to check an unpublished Shopify theme to see if the error replicates. You can do this in your admin under Online store>Themes>Theme Library and Explore free themes. Once you select a free Shopify theme and load it into your theme library, hit Customize to see if the issue replicates:


You can also check both your mobile view and desktop view by toggling this button:


If you are using a third-party theme and the issue does not replicate when you test a Shopify theme, this would mean there is an issue with some coding in your theme. I would recommend reaching out to your theme developers or a Shopify expert so they can take a closer look. Thanks for the reply, I am not using a 3rd party theme, I chose the Shopify Venture theme.

Thank you for clarifying that, and have you manipulated any of the codings for your theme and If so, what sort of coding changes did you make?

@Marty_1 You’ll need to be more specific on changes. I did make facebook and various other social media integrations, but for themes specifically, I do not recall doing anything unique. Most of the changes were in liquid.

I’m uncertain if bumping is permitted, in which case I apologize, but I’m still looking for a solution that the mobile version of my site doesn’t line up well if someone else could else take a look. As far as I recall I did not make any changes to the code in theme.

Thanks for getting back to me and clarifying that. In regards to my original response, any changes in your .liquid area could potentially affect your live theme. Although you are using a Shopify theme, we are not able to support 3rd-party coding customizations of any kind, your best bet would be to reach out to a Shopify Expert to take a closer look. Alternatively, perhaps one of our friendly community members would be able to take a look into the issue!
