Nearly two months ago Shopify stopped paying us. The amount now owed is £6,000. Despite contacting support daily all we get is. Thank you for your patience, we will escalate, we understand, specialist department is busy! Lie after lie! What can we do to get the money that we have worked so hard for?
It’s Shopify payments? I believe they use Stripe to underpin their system. I don’t use a third party.
