On each product page, the images are set to “Thumbnail Carousel”. On the theme editor - it is working correctly. However on the actual website when you click on the following image the page refreshes. This applies to mobile too.
Currently, I cannot view the rest of the product images in a larger size.
The zoom button has the same issue when clicked the page just refreshes.

It’s hard to say what might be causing this to happen without seeing your website. If you reach out to our support team they will be able to take a look at your account and see if they can find a solution. If you are on the basic subscription plan or higher you get 1 hour of free coding to any Shopify made theme. You can put in a request with our support team to use your free hour, and if there are any other changes you want to make you can also submit those at the same time.

If you’d like to view the images at a larger size (like “click to zoom” or “pinch to zoom” but with greater quality), you can try this tutorial.
Basically it enables an improved zoom functionality for the Dawn theme product page images.
Here is a live example of how it looks like.
