Why won't my product color variants change correctly?

Hi,

Whenever I press a specific color variant option, it only correctly changes the very main picture but it won’t change the rest of the product colors. Is there a way for the users to custom assign each color variants to multiple correct colored products ?

For example

See the image above, when white color is selected only the very first (where i refer to main pic) picture changes to white and the rest (the bottom two which are grey color) stays the same…

I want to make it so that all of them changes to white since white is selected. Is there a way to do that ?

Some themes may support it out of the box, others will need modification to do it.

The modification is not the simplest one.

There is also an app which you can try in your shop – https://apps.shopify.com/variant-image-automator

This may end up cheaper then hiring a dev to modify your theme.

You can select only one image per variant, which is why other images do not change. I think in your case, different-colored items can also be set as a product, and size can be a variant option. This will solve the problem. I’m not sure about your setup if it is easy to make a change, but it can be considered an option.
