Why won't my theme presets change on Startup?

I’m trying to use a preset that the “startup” theme comes with. But it’s only showing the preset for “tech “ and i want the preset called “home”

I have tried switching the presents in the themes setting but the presets will not update when I choose the one I want. Any ideas?
