Since my shipping origin is my home address, I don’t want it to be displayed anywhere. Where will my shipping origin be visible to customers? And how can I hide it if I want to?

Customers will not be able to view your shipping origin address; it remains visible only to you in the Shopify admin. They can only see their own shipping and billing addresses.
Here’s an example of the order summary/confirmation page on my development store (you can ignore the pickup information section as this was modified specifically for my store!)
