There’s gonna be a lot of pictures cause I’ve tried everything I know.
The problem that I’m having is that when I try to give someone a 10% discount and free shipping on orders over $80, it won’t function together. In the first picture here I have the 10% discount applied (10OFF). As you can see there is no option for free shipping.
When I click the X/delete the 10OFF both options appear for free shipping. I have it this way just to show everyone the double dilemma I’m experiencing.
I found two different ways to do it, the first image is of me trying to use just the discount options. I like this more because it automatically applies free shipping when the order over $80. As you can see in the image I have it set up to allow for them to work together/discount combinations.
The second option was going to shipping and delivery in the settings and adding two options for each zone. This method doesn’t work/show up when the discount code is applied. I dislike it because the customer has to select free shipping (doesn’t automatically give it to them).
I’d like to add that I have I version 4.10.3 of debutify for my store. I don’t know if it could be an issue but it hasn’t been one at all during the entire time I’ve been building my store.
Update, It works when I buy 2 of the product but not for one even when its over $80. I have a basic which is $50 and a bundle that $80 USD. I have to buy 2 of either or and that when it allows for free shipping and the discount, VERY STRANGE!
Shopify doesn’t support combining automatic discounts with free shipping discounts. You’ll need a third-party app like Discount Ninja or Stackable to combine both offers.
So that means I cant just do a manual 10% off and free shipping either. I don’t NEED to have automatic free shipping (It would be nice). The problem is I cant do manual free shipping and the have 10% off. The 10% off is manual because the customer only gets the code when they put there email in our 10% off pop up. All I want is for the free shipping button to show up when the 10% off is applied and not disappear. I don’t want to have to pay for another service for something so small, I already got a bunch and I’m not made of money (yet).
You can check out the app “Discount Ninja” on the Shopify App Store. It should help you combine a percentage based discount with a free shipping offer seamlessly. Give it a try and see if it fits your needs! Good luck with your promotions!

Found the problem, my store is set to USD default. But it switches to CAD, orders over $80 USD were free but converted is $109 which is $3 damn dollars over my order amount ($106 CAD). so I just have to lower my free shipping rate. I AM SO HAPPPPPPY
