Hi, I run a small beverage company. We have a really small initial budget of £5 per day for advertising and it has to work on a positive ROI. However, if growth is achieved at a good ROI, budget can potentially keep increasing unlimited. What would your approach be to growth in this case?
Hello Jim, thank you for your question.
£5 is very low, for clients I manage I would always start with 30 or 50 pounds, because growth is very slow. But I am happy that you are finding a good ROI.
So to scale it depends on the type of campaign you are using.
If it’s Performance max, then only change by no more than 30% every few days.
So for day one you increase the budget to £6.5 then in 3 days increase it to £8.45 and so on.
If you are using standard shopping, then you can increase it to whatever you want it to be.
Keep an eye on the results, but don’t panic too quickly, always let it run for a few weeks to equalize. It’s very common for big peaks and chaotic results, but when you wait a few weeks, you will see it starts to stabilize and you get a bigger picture.
Hi,
For a small beverage brand with a tight ad budget, focus on high-ROI tactics like targeted bundling within your Shopify store. Adoric Bundles can help increase average order value without extra ad spend—great for scaling profitably. If you’re open to it, we can explore how bundling strategies can boost your ROI naturally.
