Would like a page to check balance of ALL gift certificates, from apps and shopify

Does anyone know if there is an app out there, or if there is someone who could develop a feature in our webstore, where customers can go to one page and check their gift card balance, regardless of whether the gift card was issued manually, or through an app. We want them to be able to check the balance of ANY gift card that resides in the backend of Shopify.

Some of the ways we currently issue gift cards include the following:

Giftkart

Manually through Shopify

Aftership Returns

Some of these apps have a way to check the balance for THEIR gift cards, but none of them can check the balances of cards issued from the other apps. We want to make it simple for our customers, and have one page where they can check the balance of any card that is stored in the back end of Shopify.

Please let me know if you have any advice on this -

Yeah I should be able to build that out for you, assuming that we can get access to those gift card amounts from those apps via an API or metafields or something like that.
