So I have two XY discounts running, a buy 2 get one and a BOGO. If I try to checkout with the BOGO products alone, the discount applies. But if I try to check out with the BOGO and the B2G3 at together, the BOGO does not apply. It shows that it’s there, but it doesn’t actually reduce the price. Photo included of check out. They are set to combine in both of the discount settings. The two on the bottom are what I’m refferring to. I even chatted with support and they couldn’t figure it out, I’m waiting to hear back from another level up of help but this is black friday-cyber Monday discount and I really need help fast!

Your “Wire Wrapped Crystal Necklaces” product is part of your “Tumbled Crystals” collection (page 5: https://simplisticsensations.com/collections/tumbled-crystals?page=5).
Remove it from that collection, and the BOGO discounts should hopefully start stacking & working as you wanted.
Otherwise, please share some screenshots of the settings for each of your discount codes.
