2 discounts not working together

I created 2 discounts to work together on the same dates.

one is 20% off the entire order and the other is buy x and get y. But they don’t seem to work together. If I activate both only the 20% off one works and if I deactivate the 20% off one the buy x get y one works.

Hi Stephanie39,
Go inside the created discounts and check the combination option for both discounts
and, select the combination of respective discounts.
