I have linked my domain around a month or two ago but today we went live. (removed the password)
The website is working fine, but if I try to access the website from social media platforms I will get this

Hey there, @Rayan7 . Thank you for taking the time reach out to folks in the Shopify Community with your question. It’s nice to meet you!
Typically, the error you’ve noted is caused by a domain not having it’s SSL completing propagated yet, and also when you try to access such a site with Google Chrome. I went ahead and tried to access your site using Google Chrome on my work device and had no issue. Then, located your business’s facebook page and found a link to your store there. I encountered no issue when using chrome following a link I took form social media.
It’s been a few hours since you originally posted this - are you still experiencing the issue? I suspect that since I wasn’t able to replicate, that the issue is likely resolved and your SSL for your domain is fine now, but I’d like to make sure. Please, get back to me when you can and we’ll keep working together through this if needed.
Thanks for following up with me. It’s awesome to hear that things are working as expected for you now.
Your store is gorgeous, by the way! You’ve got some amazing photos on your homepage, and it’s incredibly clean and modern looking. How long have you been operating for? Have you run into any hiccups at all with running your business beyond the domain issue that brought you to the Community?
Hey again, @Rayan7 ! No worries! Happy to provide you with some feedback for your Shop. Honestly, it looks incredible. Super polished and professional. You did a great job in only a few months time!
As I was exploring your store a bit, I did find two things I wanted to suggest to you:
Remove ‘Powered by Shopify’ in your footer - Your store’s branding should be all about you, so when I noticed that you still had the wording saying you were powered by us in your footer, I knew I had to bring it up! I definitely recommend that you hide this wording from your site, that way your branding stays all about you. Check out this help doc here that will help explain how to remove it!
Build an ‘About Us’ Page - While browsing, I also noticed that your footer seemed to be rather large, and this is a result of that paragraph you have explaining a bit of info about your store. I recommend that you consider moving that paragraph to it’s own ‘About Us’ page. That way, your footer doesn’t remain very large, and you have another page customers can visit for information. Here’s a blog we have with some examples on how you can do that!
