One of many posting about this, but the solutions that have worked for other people haven’t worked for me.
Our shop is at: http://maisys.store
We’re online but not launched. All of the products are active.
We’re selling to the UK and EU only (at this point).
We’re testing the store. Family and friends have been trying to purchase products (all are active), but sales are failing at checkout with the following message: “Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”
However my partner and I (the store owner and developer) have managed to successfully complete purchases.
I have read through posts about Markets / Shipping Rates etc., and can’t see what we’re doing wrong.
I thought I’d be able to attach screenshots here, but I can’t.
I’ve checked that we’re shipping to the UK (Edit shipping zone… shows all UK territories / states are selected)
Shipping Zone rates for the UK are set up (Rate name: ‘Standard’ has ‘prices’)
Under ‘Markets’ in Settings, the Overview (Last 30 days) shows United Kingdom (primary) / European Union
If you need any more info, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We’re really keen to iron this out. It’s very frustrating that we can make purchases successfully (as the store’s developers) but our friends and family who are testing the store can’t.
