i am having problem with shopify payments as follows ‘’ Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

I have contacted support and more than 10 days they have not responded, they keep saying wait but I am not sure if they are really taking care of my problem
I am very worried because the amount of holding in it is really large and I don’t know if I will still use Shopify?

In most cases, it’s because they require supplementary account holder information for verification purposes. Thus, when a Shopify Payments account is on hold, the Shopify account holder is sent an email with additional information or a banner appears in the admin with a request to upload additional information.
You have taken the correct steps in checking in with support and I completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of updates, however sometimes some reviews may take longer than others to complete.
