Our website has suddenly went down with error reading “There was a problem loading this website”. We have received multiple people report this from our staff and customers. It was originally reported to our staff at 3:30pm (ET). Please let us know how we can fix this!
my site is haveing the same issue
After adding a recent collection my page just does not redirect and I have no idea why. Please help me ASAP.
My store became all of the sudden completely handicapped, I can’t enter the editor at all, I can’t enter the website from the browser, I cant do anything to it
Lol no problem. Im facing the same issue since 5 minutes and all other shopify powered websites I know. Some of them went online by now, but my site is also offline. Try looking directly at your website and not in the admin panel, does it work?

I assume other companies will panic now. I only do 1-4 orders a day so I will survive 30 minutes offline. Also shopify devs are facing some panic right now. Just relax, eat some popcorn and enjoy this forum by now !

Who do we contact or how do we report an issue when our storefront is down? I keep getting the message (on chrome and safari:
There was a problem loading this website
Try refreshing the page.
If the site still doesn’t load, please try again in a few minutes.
At the risk of stating the obvious, you should just need to refresh the page, and it’ll work again.
If not, then you’ve either added an app which causes redirections (maybe a Geolocation app?) – which you would need to temporarily disable, so that you can edit properly.
Or else if you edited the theme’s coding, then you’d want to go into the coding and revert your changes, and seeing if that helps.

Funny thing, I was doing some heavy coding at the time it went down, so I thought I crashed something

Already tried to clear a cache and try another browsers. Still don’t work. What to do?
