I’ve been trying for several days to get access to my partner account to do some work on client sites. Each time I attempt to log in the 2FA code never arrives, or arrives 4-5 hours later (lol).
Thank you for your post. To resolve this issue, I recommend getting in touch with our live support team through the Help Center. From there we can check whether the codes are being sent out correctly, and update your information if necessary. When it comes to reaching out to our live support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier:
Select I don’t have an account if you’re unable to log in
Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
I know this is not the normal workflow for contacting support as a partner, but since you’re having trouble logging in, this is the best way for us to help you regain access to your account!
