Not getting 2FA Code & No Authentication Code On My Mobile To Login To Store

I cannot log in because I lost my phone and no longer have my recovery code, so I cannot get around the two-factor authentication. I need help with my account login. I am trying to log in to my Shopify Admin Partner account, But when it sends the mobile code I am not receiving the SMS 2FA code on my mobile, please guide me on how to solve this issue. I have attached the image below.

My email is rjee4631@gmail.com which is linked to the shopify partner account.

Can I get assistance with this?

Let’s see if we can get your access restored again! Because you do not have recovery codes, then you are going to have to reach out to our live support for help with access. In order to access our live support without logging in, please go to this link using a google chrome incognito window. You can read how to open an incognito window right here.

Once you have the page open in incognito, please select the option “I do not have an account”. From there, select the topics that apply to you and keep selecting them until the options for live chat/phone support appear. You will then be connected to a live agent. This way, you have access to the help you need without having to login. I trust this helps, thank you!
