Why am I not receiving my 2FA code for store login?

I suddenly stopped getting 2FA code on my phone. I don’t have recovery codes and I tried contacting to the Support team. They said they had escalated the message to the concerned team but I am not getting any response and it’s been more than 5 days. I am not able to login to my store since then.
