Hi @MaxCosta ,

We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks really stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this as the UI/UX design conveys professionalism and dynamism. Especially, the Projects really amazes me.

However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better conversion, please kindly check.

1.Change the scripts on Hero banner

As the section “My freelancer expertise” has already stated your skills and expertise in details, there is no need for the scripts on Hero banner overlapping. Instead, it can be the one-liner acclaim of your support to clients: Level up your business with insightful ecom expertise. Therefore, your approach will be more customer-centric.

2. Add headliners & clarification for Certificate section

It’s cool that you present your certificates and your partner verification to build trust in clients. However, without any clarification on the headline and whether each certificate is for which skill/experience, I really don’t know how they support your expertise.

3. Increase intentions for contact

You can elaborate more on “a free quote”, or add some additional values to their service if they drop contacts before …(time); therefore, your conversion might improve.

4. Add some customer-centric questions to FAQ

I notice that all of your questions are about your expertise and your service. You add on some questions like: Do my services include different packages?

Being available whenever customers need you the most can help drive more conversion to your store. I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a FREE LiveChat, FAQ & Helpdesk App that can help your support experience easier, better, faster!

Especially at the moment, we are launching the Referral Program with huge discounts as BFCM’s coming.

So those are some of my suggestions for your store as a Website Copywriting expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a ‘LIKE’. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.

Once again, keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!

Hi @MaxCosta ! I’m Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

I don’t have much feedback about your website: it’s beautiful, impressive, and effective. However, to address the issue of why the conversion rate isn’t high despite decent traffic, we can look into the aspects clients often focus on first when they view a website or a consultant’s profile. Clients want to quickly assess whether you have the expertise, experience, and approach to solve their specific problems. They’re also looking for signs of professionalism, results, and trustworthiness to feel confident about moving forward.

Breaking it down further, these are the key points:
1. Clear Expertise

  • Specialization: What areas the consultant specializes in (e.g., marketing, operations, strategy, HR) > You’ve done quite well in presenting this in your profile.
  • Credentials: Certifications, degrees, or professional affiliations that validate expertise > You’ve included this part, too.
  • Experience: Years in the field, industries served, notable achievements > This is also well stated in your introduction.

2. Proven Results

  • Case Studies: Stories that demonstrate success in solving problems similar to theirs > This is an area where you’re still lacking. While you’ve listed the projects you’ve completed, the descriptions are somewhat generic and wordy. The most important thing clients want to see is effectiveness, which should be demonstrated with numbers.
For example, if you advised a client on an SEO strategy, how much (%) did their organic traffic improve? Did they achieve their target?
  • Testimonials: Client reviews or endorsements that provide credibility > You already have this, which is great!
  • Metrics: Specific outcomes, such as “increased revenue by 30%” or “reduced costs by 20%.” > Like in the first point, this is something you need to add.

3. Tailored Solutions
One of the main things clients look for in a consultant is solutions specifically designed for their business, rather than rigidly applying frameworks or templates. For the projects you’ve worked on, try to highlight the solutions you proposed that were specifically tailored to address the unique problems of the client.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a ‘LIKE’ or marking it as a ‘SOLUTION’.

Best,

Hi, this is Wayne from Akohub. We’ve been working with many Shopify brands, from big to small, including Nike, Logitech, and LINE Friends Taiwan. We hope our expertise will be helpful! I took a look at your site, and here are a few suggestions that might help to increase your conversion rate.

It’s a common obstacle for businesses struggling with conversions. After reviewing your website, here are a few strategies to enhance your conversion rate. First, consider simplifying your form submission process, and ensure that your forms are easy to find and fill out. Additionally, make sure these CTAs are clear and compelling, encouraging users to engage with your offerings.

To boost the conversion rate, I would suggest launching retargeting campaigns as a solution. Our app Ako marketing app helps businesses set up retargeting ads effectively . With the retargeting capabilities, you can re-engage visitors who didn’t convert on their first visit by displaying personalized ads that remind them of what they viewed on your site. This not only keeps their attention on your brand but also encourages potential customers to return and complete their submissions.

Furthermore, consider implementing a loyalty program to reward customers for their engagement, which can foster a sense of community and encourage repeat interactions significantly. Our app helps businesses easily set up loyalty programs. Offering tier programs and exclusive benefits for loyal customers will significantly drive more sales for your business since the retention rate from loyal customers is three times higher than usual visitors.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hi @MaxCosta

I took a look at your website, and here are some specific suggestions to help improve your conversions (form submissions) while leveraging your traffic effectively. Since you’re using the Energy theme, it’s crucial to optimize its strengths while addressing potential user experience (UX) gaps. Let’s dive in:

1. Homepage Optimization- Hero Section:

Your homepage needs a strong call-to-action (CTA) above the fold. For example, if the form submission is your goal, make sure the CTA (like “Get a Free Quote” or “Contact Us Today”) is prominently displayed in the hero section with a contrasting button color.

  • Value Proposition: https://prnt.sc/4aROESxBZu46
Be clear about what you’re offering and how it benefits users. Right now, it’s visually appealing, but I’d recommend adding a bold headline or a short tagline that explains why users should choose you.

2. Forms: Simplify and Streamline- Shorter Forms:

Visitors often drop off when forms feel too long. Reduce the number of fields to just the essentials—name, email, and one key question related to your services.

  • Form Placement:
If the form is currently buried in a secondary page, bring it to the homepage or ensure a sticky CTA button on all pages leads directly to the form. This removes friction and makes it easier for users to convert.

3. Trust Signals- Add customer testimonials, logos of clients you’ve worked with, or certifications near the form or CTA buttons. This reassures visitors and builds trust.

  • Consider adding case studies or success stories in a dedicated section.

4. Visual and Interaction Enhancements- Button Colors: https://prnt.sc/XPPhijgHp53C

Test CTA button colors for better contrast and visibility (e.g., bright green or orange, depending on your site’s palette).

  • Animation or Micro-interactions:
Subtle animations on buttons or when forms load can guide user attention and make the site feel more dynamic.

5. Analytics: Heatmaps and Session Recordings- Use tools like Hotjar or Lucky Orange to see where users are dropping off. You might find that certain pages or sections are confusing or not engaging. For example, if users land on a service page but don’t proceed, consider simplifying or reorganizing that content.

6. Mobile Optimization- A significant portion of traffic usually comes from mobile. Check how your site and forms look on mobile devices. Are buttons easy to tap? Are forms responsive? Are CTAs prominent on smaller screens?

7. Experiment with Exit-Intent Popups- Add a non-intrusive exit-intent popup offering something enticing, like a free consultation or a downloadable guide, with a simple form to capture leads before they leave.

Example of an optimized form:

These tweaks could help turn your traffic into valuable leads. Small changes often make a big difference. Start testing one or two ideas, then tweak further based on what works.

If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.
