When adding tags to products, is there a way to lump certain tags together so I don’t have to go down the long list of tags accumulating in my admin?
For example: keep tags together for Journals, and other tags specific for Wind Chimes?
This may be what Metafields is for? I looked at that but don’t understand.

There’s not really a way to do this. However, if you start typing the tag you want to add, the list will shrink to only show tags with the those letters.
Ex. If you wanted to add a tag for “Wind Chimes” (and it’s already been added to a few products previously), then when you go to add the tag to a new product, you can type in “Win” and then it should show a small list (or only 1 tag), for “Wind Chimes”. It’s like a reactivate/dynamic search, but for the tags.
