How do I add a second Order confirmation email?

You need to go into your Shopify admin and navigate to Settings > Notifications. Then click on ‘Add recipient’ in the Staff order notifications section.
Select ‘Email address’, input the new email address you want to send order notifications to, select from which location or web orders should receive these notifications by choosing from the list provided (you can also opt for All), and finally confirm by clicking ‘Add an order notification’.
