I want to upload photo albums from which customers can order individual photos. On my admin page the only options under Products are Inventory and Gift Cards. How do I get Collections to show up there? Thank you!

Please check your Shopify Plan. If you have one of this plans here you should have the featured. Please contact Shopify support

As @made4Uo mentioned, what you’re seeing in your admin may be limited due to your plan. Would you happen to be on the Starter plan? The Starter plan doesn’t currently include collections, since those are more so used on online stores rather than social media (and the Starter plan is tailored to social media selling). For what you’re describing, you may want to use variants to allow your customers to choose specific pictures! If you’re looking for features that are more advanced than the Starter plan, you can check out our other plan options here.
