After I will confirm my order the store will closed

I ordered an item in the following website. My order number is ORDER #1041.

but now its showing the following error message.

What happened?
This store is unavailable

What can I do?

It could be possible that store owner paused the store or may be some issues with their monthly subscription with Shopify.

Sorry to hear about your order being up in the air for this, it’s never a nice thing to happen!

The best next steps are to try and contact the store in some way, whether it’s by email, phone or social media. If that’s not possible or if you’ve tried to contact them with no luck on a reply, we then suggest to contact your bank directly regarding the purchase that you have made. Your bank will have measures in place for you to follow in this case and will be able to help you in relation to the payment made from your account.

I would only have or be able to see as much as you can here. I am unable to even confirm if this is a Shopify store or not because of privacy and security reasons. In the instance you can’t locate any contact details for the store, I would suggest contacting your bank directly and explain the situation to them. They will then go through the process with you as they have the measures in place for when this happens. I know it’s not ideal, but it is definitley the best next step here.

I don’t 100% understand what you’re saying here. Do you mean the store sent you a fulfillment email saying they are sending your product or something else? Let me know exactly what has happened and we can figure out the best next steps.

I completely underatand how frustrating this is. From here, it seems they have set you a confirmation email but not the fulfillment or shipping email yet and the store seems to be down again.

I cann’t give any store details for privacy and security reasons and wouldn’t even have access to any for verification reasons, I can only see the same as you. Because of this, my advice to you is to contact your bank and explain to them the situation. Your bank should have built in measures for situations like this and will help you with the next steps. I can’t stress to you enough that this is the best next step!
