Hi @MagnusBj
get this error from time to time
While it is absolutely unclear what kind of error we are talking about, please provide a screenshot and a more detailed description.
Sorry for beeing unclear.
Google search console Says “The review has several composite ratings”
Its on 26 pages. So bassicly all my products. Above is just one exampel.
I think ther might be a problem where Yoast and judge.me both adds aggregate ratings to the schema. If so one should be deleted i guess. But I dont know wich one.
Hi @MagnusBj and @Speedup_guru
I’m sorry to read about the issue you are experiencing, and I can totally get how this can be confusing as Yoast SEO supports Judge.me aggregate rating officially.
Fortunately, this is something that can be easily fixed. For this option to work as expected and without producing a warning/error, there is a simple setting you need to change first. Please navigate to Judge.me Settings > Advanced > Rich Snippets > SEO - Rich Snippets and disable the “Aggregate Rating JSON-LD snippets:” (this will allow only a single aggregate rating output and permit our app to pick the details properly from Judge.me).
After you make this change, the warning will disappear, and the aggregate rating will be shown in the results.
Please keep in mind that if you are only checking this in the GSC then it might take a while till the reports generate an updated result, as they are not real-time.
If you need any further help with this, please free free to contact our support team via chat or email at support@yoast.com
Hello! I cant find the ”Rich Snippets > SEO - Rich Snippets” in the judge.me menu.
@Moonpup , sorry for the late reply, but this message was accidentally missed.
Regarding your question, the reason you do not find this setting is because the UI has been changed by Judge.me
The updated details are explained in the following Judge.me article: https://blog.judge.me/blog/new-integration-yoast-seo
and in the screenshot below:
By disabling that option, a single aggregate rating will be picked, and the integration will work as expected.
I hope this clarifies things and helps you locate the setting
Thank you very much. I made the changes.
