I have emails that detail different conversations with Support but they can be diffuicult to find in my inbox, so it would be nice to have the ability to track them online.
Does Shopify offer ticket tracking?
Main issue: Users want an online way to track Shopify support tickets instead of relying solely on emails.
Pain point: Email threads are hard to find and monitor, making it difficult to follow ticket progress.
Requested feature: A centralized portal or interface to view ticket status and updates.
Current status: No confirmation within the discussion that Shopify offers ticket tracking; the request remains open and unresolved.

Yes, I too have this issue - I have a support ticket, but no way to track the progress of the ticket.
For optimal support experience, please provide a means to track support tickets.
