best way to support customer?

Hi,

Newbie to Shopify store. What is the best way to process and track customer issues? For example, a customer wants to refund a purchase, or track the shipping status. Could we automatically create a ticket in some ticketing system, such as HubSpot Ticket, Zendesk? Thanks!

There is also Zapier to integrate your Shopify store automations with other services.
