Good Morning. I am unable to purchase shipping labels. When I choose “Buy Shipping Label” button, the “buying shipping label” pop-up comes up for a few seconds, then it gives me the error “There was a problem buying shipping labels” … as well as “Something went wrong, please try again.”
Hello - I’m trying to fulfill orders yet whenever go to buy shipping labels, it either times out or I get a server error. I followed the guidelines about clearing cache and cookies but this is still occurring. It will allow me to print one label and when I go to the next order it will time out or give server error. I’ve used both my laptop and phone and multiple browsers, I’m also up to date on my software updates. This has been consistent for the past 24 hours.
can someone please advise what is going on and how I can fix it?

Has anyone figured out how to reach Shopify support via telephone? I am honestly at the point of looking for another selling platform. I have used Shopify since 2019, and this is absurd that one cannot talk to a live human on the telephone when there is a critical issue with one’s shop. Trying to resolve an issue via chat is ridiculous. I feel the chat representative is most likely chatting with 50 other business owners at once. I sit and stare at my screen for 10 minutes waiting on one vague response while the rep is checking on things. I feel certain I am not the only one experiencing this frustration. Does anybody have any suggestions where to move on to?
I can’t either print shipping labels, no idea what’s wrong. It says “orders didn’t get labels purchased due to technical reasons. Retry purchasing these labels.”

Would you be able to send a screenshot of the error message? Which shipping provider are you working with specifically?
I would also encourage you to try purchasing on a different web browser and clearing cache and cookies. Please let me know how that goes and we can go from there.

When did this issue begin for you? It looks like your screenshot is from a mobile device but your thread title states that you cannot buy the label on your PC. Can you confirm which device(s) and web browsers you have been using that leads to the this error?
In the meantime, I’d encourage you to clear your browser of cache and cookies to see if that helps.

Hey Holly, I’ve tried 3 browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome) and I’ve had no luck. Also, I would love to provide a screen shot, however each time I try it says it only MP4 and CSV are support (not .PNG or .JPG that I have.
Additionally, the error occur when trying to purchase from both UPS and USPS.

I am getting the same problem when trying to bulk purchase my labels. Im getting a 200s OK back when POSTing to all the endpoints during bulk label purchase, EG:

Hello - have your labels been fixed yet? Ours are still down and completely paralyzing our ability to run our business. Very very frustrating.
