Within the past few days, I’m getting two identical “badge” notifications (right after the other) on my iPhone after every sale. No other app is doing this.
Yes it’s driving me mad! I’ve updated my iPhone software, removed and reinstalled Shopify numerous times and it’s still a problem. Also home page analytics are glitchy
Same here, I have tried everything and still getting it. Has anyone managed to fix it yet?
So, I think it may somehow be related to upgrading to another phone. I was able to fix things.
In the phone app, go to Settings | Notifications | Staff Notifications. At the bottom you’ll see a list if devices and emails. I had 5 distinct iPhone entries in the list. For whatever dumb reason, it won’t show you which iPhone or some other unique identifier. However, if you press the “…” you can send a test messages.
What I ended up doing was going through each iPhone entry, sending a test message and waiting a few moments for it to arrive. Eventually I found that entry that actually sent a message to my phone. I then deleted all the rest.

You may not to be signed in as Admin or similar access to see or edit them.
thanks! Found them…just need to test until I locate the correct phone, it seems we have every phone we’ve ever used on the account! Thanks for your help
Yeah… it seems like a feature area that doesn’t get a lot of attention. Or documentation for that matter.
