Automatic reports sent to another person

Let’s say I have 10 products on my store and one of them is a collaboration between me and another person where we agree to share the profit 50-50.

Is there a way to send automatic reports to that person only with the sales of that product, for example every quarter or something?

So they would provide an email and every quarter they would get a report only for that product, so we can have all the finances under control in a legitimate way.

Hi There,

Shopify does not have a way to natively schedule or send reports to a third-party.

You can do this with out Report Toaster app. You could start with a report template, filter to specific products and then schedule it to be emailed at any interval. You could even use our Shared Links function to provide them a live link to the report. Please feel free to take a look and let us know how we can help.

You can easily do this with Report Pundit,

  1. You can use our pre-made report template or report builder
  2. Set the time range and filter the sales report to see the collaborated product in the report
  3. Schedule the report to send to the email with the custom message to your partner
