Howdy!
My organization is constantly downloading Shopify reports on a monthly basis and I’ve been having the hardest time trying to find a native or third-party solution like Zapier, PowerAutomate, & Make. I’m shocked Shopify doesn’t offer any native automation of reports. If they do, PLEASE direct me in the right direction.
Anyway my main want is to have transactions, orders, and payout Shopify reports emailed to me on a monthly basis.

At this time there is not a feature built within the Shopify Platform to automatically download your reports on a monthly basis. You can set up a recurring task using a third-party app or script such as the ones you mentioned. Zapier is one that is used often, but you can browse our Shopify App Store for more suggestions.
Our Report Toaster app can help with this. You can use our Schedule Report feature to send reports on any schedule. Feel free to try it out and let us know if you need any help.

It seems Shopify’s automatic report export on a monthly basis is not available as a built-in solution.
However, you can find scheduled reporting features in third-party apps like ours and I’ll quickly show you how it works in Mipler.
Directly from the open custom or any of the built-in reports, you can go to the section to customize the email subject, recipients and the date and time the report is sent. The example is on the screenshot:
This is indeed simple to do in Mipler and takes less than a minute.
Of course you can include several reports in one email and choose the format in which you want to receive the reports.

Shopify doesn’t natively automate report emails, but you can use third-party tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Power Automate to schedule and email Shopify reports. With these tools, you can connect to Shopify’s API to pull transaction, order, or payout data and automate the delivery of reports. Alternatively, apps like Better Reports or Data Export IO available in the Shopify App Store can generate and email customized reports on a schedule. For a native option, Shopify Plus users can explore Shopify Flow for some automation, but it’s limited compared to external tools.
