When I place an order, and on the last screen I tap on “print receipt” everything works great. But when I go to Settings > Receipt settings > Automatically print receipts, it does not work. I cannot even tap on the “print receipt” anymore because it is stuck on “Printing Receipt…”. We need that to happen so the staff can take care of orders in the back.
How can I have the receipt print automatically on all orders placed with the POS? I have both the Epson and Star micronics, both have the same issue on Bluetooth and Wifi so it must be a POS software issue.
