Hello everybody,
I have a problem with a video that I want to show first on my shop page.
It does not start automatically on some mobile devices e.g. Iphone and even on desktop with some browsers.
I use the warehouse theme and have integrated the video via custom html. It's hosted on Shopify - not youtube or vimeo.
