Please update me on basic plan as purchased 3 day trial /approved for 5000 mandate after the trial days got expired while purchasing basic plan asked for 5000 mandate again?
This might happen if the trial period ends and a new payment authorization is required. Check your payment settings in the admin under “Billing” to ensure the correct mandate is linked, and proceed with the upgrade. If the issue persists, retry the upgrade to see if it resolves.
