Hi @Anky1001 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with locating an app that will fit your shops needs, to ensure this gets resolved. For a complete list, I recommend checking out the Shopify App Store, but have gone ahead and suggested a few of our most popular apps below for you to look into:

Additionally, it’s recommended you contact the app developers directly for clarification on an apps capabilities. They will be able to share further insight into whether or not an app will work for your shop as desired. To contact an app developer, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Get Support.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

Hi,

Certainly! For your abandoned cart recovery needs, I recommend trying out Kaify Order Notifications. It’s a reliable solution for sending WhatsApp notifications for abandoned checkouts, order confirmations, and order fulfillment updates. You can take advantage of our 7-day free trial to experience the benefits.

Best regards,

Hi there,

I’d recommend trying out Retrevo for recovering Abandoned Carts via SMS text messages. It’s built for Shopify exclusively and you can read one of their recent case studies on the great results with one of their merchant partners.

abandoned cart recovery is honestly where you can see the biggest impact on your bottom line if you get it right. personally tried a few different sms platforms for our boutique shop and txtcart ended up working best for our store because customers actually text back with questions instead of just getting reminded.

had someone abandon a cart last week and they replied asking about our exchange policy since they weren’t sure about fit. got that handled in the conversation and they bought two sizes just to be safe. might be worth a look to see if it fits but has been super helpful for us in the recovery sector.
