Hey all. We’ve been having trouble recently with customers wanting to stack codes. I realize this is a limitation in Shopify and we’ve found certain workarounds but still run into issues. An example would be when we do a bogo automated deal, Buy 2 get 1 Free, the customer cannot use their Yotpo rewards as it creates a discount code.
Does anyone else use Yotpo Loyalty and have you had to change what promotions you offer on your site? Which promos do you run that seem to allow the customer to still use their discount rewards or have you switched to offering a gift card instead of a discount code?
