My billing is getting failed , I don’t know why I have been using the same payment method for all my billing for Shopify as well as for other apps , even though when it failed I tried changing the UPI I’d but it’s not changing (unable to change) also I tried adding the credit card details of 2-3 banks enabling international payment and cards were matching your rules , but I was even not able to add card details, what’s the issue exactly even tried paying it manually buts it not even happening there , I even contacted bank the issue is not from their end they said , now my store will get freeze for a reason I don’t know and due to glitch or bug from your end what should I do?
Even contacted Shopify help advisor it has passed 8 days still no help from your end they are saying it’s under billing department and will let you know once they update how long does it take ?
All the information of card is 100% correct
Also I am unable to change my UPI id
Really disappointing
Please look into this matter it’s very urgent
