Subject: Billing Issue – Request to Remove App Charges and Keep Basic Plan
Hello Shopify Support,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’m facing a billing issue with my Shopify account.
I initially subscribed to the Basic Plan, which was offered at $1 per month, as I’m just starting out and still testing the platform. However, during my exploration of Shopify, I mistakenly installed a few paid apps without realizing they would add extra charges to my bill. I had no proper understanding at the time, and I did not intend to use any of these apps seriously.
I have now uninstalled all the apps, and I do not wish to use any paid apps going forward. However, Shopify is still attempting to charge me $30, which includes these unwanted app charges. I currently do not have sufficient funds to cover this amount. I am only able to pay the $1 basic plan fee as originally planned.
I kindly request your assistance in removing the app-related charges from my current invoice so that I can continue using Shopify on the $1 Basic Plan only. I am still learning and would greatly appreciate your support in helping me correct this mistake.
