Billing

I started a three day trial on Sep 2. I closed my store the same day. I have emails to prove I did. $1 was taken out of my bank account and I’m receiving emails saying I owe $39. I did want to know how I could speak with someone from billing without having a store. They ant me to start another free trial just to speak with someone. To ask this question I had to sign into my account and I’m not happy about having to reopen my closed account.

What do you suggest I do?
